Since co-founding Ennovative in 1999, it’s been my pleasure to serve as your company’s CEO. We put together a team that has worked diligently to create value for you, and I’ve shared my team’s pride in watching your businesses grow, and seeing the role our products and services have played.

The acquisition of Ennovative by Enterworks, Inc. represents a natural evolution for several reasons. First, the two companies already have worked together on projects for current and prospective customers. Second, the resulting mix of products — Enterworks’ proven product information management (including powerful business process management) solutions, and Ennovative’s enAble catalog and e-commerce suites — is a solid, practical fit with what both companies’ current and prospective customers have said they need to grow their businesses.

But there’s a third reason why this evolution is a natural one, and that reason overshadows the first two. From the first time our people at Ennovative and Enterworks worked together, it was obvious that both companies shared an unwavering commitment to their customers. As we discussed bringing together the two nimble, privately held companies, it was clear that nothing was going to get in the way of continuing to create value for our customers. I was gratified when a prospective Enterworks customer (who subsequently placed a sizeable order for an Enterworks/Ennovative solution) reported that, in his recent due diligence calls to current Enterworks customers, he heard the same thing repeatedly: “Enterworks sticks by me.
