Raj
Jha, Chief Executive Officer
Prior
to co-founding Ennovative, Mr. Jha was the CTO for eConnections,
a web based supply chain / product information management company.
At eConnections he helped raise over 100 million dollars. Before
that Mr. Jha was Vice President of E-Business at Marshall Industries/Avnet.
At Marshall Industries he led all technology initiatives and
helped shape new business initiatives. Under Mr. Jha’s
leadership, Marshall won several awards, including a #1 ranking
by InformationWeek 500 in 1999.

Kerry
Young, Chief Commercial Officer
Mr.
Young brings over 20 years of technology and business management
experience to Ennovative. Prior to co-founding Ennovative, Mr.
Young served as CTO for Buildscape, Inc. a subsidiary of the
Dow Chemical Company. At Buildscape he played a key role in
formulating the business strategy and product plans, helped
raise more than 60 million dollars in funding and facilitated
the successful acquisition of Buildscape by the Dow Chemical
Company. Prior to Buildscape, Mr. Young served as the Vice President
of Information Technology for Marshall Industries, a $1.7 billion
industrial electronics distributor and Manager of Information
Systems for Douglas Aircraft Company, a subsidiary of the McDonnell
Douglas Corporation. Mr. Young’s accomplishments have
been chronicled in several publications including the Wall Street
Journal, Information Week, B2B Magazine and the book entitled
‘Free Perfect and NOW: Connecting to Three Insatiable
Customer Demands written by Robert Rodin. Kerry holds a B.S.
degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and
an M.B.A. from California State University Fullerton.

Andy
Brown, Vice President, Product Development
Mr.
Brown is recognized for his work in product information management
technologies and data architectures in the Industrial Electronics
and Residential Construction Industries over the past 20 years.
Prior to joining Ennovative, Andy served as Web Marketing Systems
Manager at The Dow Chemical Company as well as Director of Data
Technologies for Buildscape, Inc. a subsidiary of The Dow Chemical
Company. Andy has also worked closely with companies such as
Centex Homes, Pulte Homes, BMC West, and Wickes Lumber in implementing
internal product information standards and technologies across
the enterprise. Mr. Brown has also served in product development
and management roles at The Dow Chemical Company and Marshall
Industries.

Sumit
Nagpal, Director of Business Development
Mr.
Nagpal has over 10 years experience in managing large global
clients and establishing strong customer relationships. As a
key member of the executive team, he has been instrumental in
helping formulate product strategy and successfully implementing
Ennovative’s enAble solution for many of its customers.
Prior to joining Ennovative, Sumit was a Sr. Business Development
Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions. At CTS, he helped
enable the rapid business expansion of the CRM practice. Prior
to Cognizant, Sumit held key positions at the Tata Group -one
of Asia's largest and most respected business conglomerates,
with revenues of over $14.25 billion.

Girish
Joglekar, Director of Technology
Mr.
Joglekar serves as a Director of Technology and is responsible
for the architecture, design and quality of Ennovative’s
products and solutions. Girish brings more than 10 years of
engineering and management expertise to his role at Ennovative.
Mr. Joglekar is responsible for spearheading and managing Ennovative's
offshore development centers. Ennovative’s model utilizes
offshore partners to create a flexible and dynamic delivery
mechanism, allowing Ennovative to deliver solutions to customers
in a much more timely fashion. Prior to Ennovative, Girish was
the Vice President of Business Lending Technologies at Bank
of America and an Online-Collaboration Consultant for Countrywide
Financials and Tomkins PLC, UK. Mr. Joglekar holds a Bachelor’s
degree in Computers from University of Bombay.
